John Montaquila joined McWhinney as the company’s chief financial officer. He previously worked with Arcapita. Montaquila graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Northwestern.

Justin Croft and Chris Woldum were named equity partners at Zeppelin Development. Croft is Zeppelin’s vice president of development. Woldum is the firm’s vice president of finance and project management.

Brett Wilkerson was appointed managing director of the Denver office at real estate valuation firm BBG. Wilkerson previously served as a director and senior real estate appraiser at BBG’s office in Dallas.

Greg Downs joined Lee & Associates. He specializes in leasing and development of office, retail and industrial properties. Downs previously worked for Coldwell Banker, Bren Investment Properties, Pacifica Holding Co. and First Industrial.

Max Gompertz joined Lee & Associates as an associate. Gompertz joins the firm’s Denver office from the Lee & Associates office in Pleasanton, California. He’ll focus on leasing and sales for industrial properties.

Matt Vance joined CBRE as director of research and analysis for the Colorado region. Before joining CBRE, Vance held a real estate research position for Real Capital Solutions. He has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Billy Edwards joined JLL as an analyst on the capital markets team.

Michael Harrison joined JLL as onsite IT for the Rocky Mountain Region.

Amanda Kleiman joined JLL as a senior brokerage assistant.

Forum Real Estate Group appointed Shelby Noble as vice president, business development. She was previously served as senior director of investor relations at UDR, and was a member of the Invesco real estate securities team.

Brian Murphy joined Store It Cold as the company’s new CEO. Before joining Store It Cold, Murphy was the director of global rig manufacturing at Ensign Energy Services.

Law

Daniel Ackerman joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s intellectual property department. Previously, Ackerman worked as a senior trademark attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend and as an attorney in the Boston office of an international law firm.
