The 14,000-square-foot home on 2.5 acres at 1175 E. Radcliff Ave. features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Josh Behr of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the deal and represented both the sellers, Amelia A. Hayden Revocable Trust and Matthew W. Hayden Revocable Trust, and the buyers, Michael and Nicole Conroy. The sale closed Dec. 29.

The LLC listed the mansion for sale June 24 for $6.2 million. The sale to buyer 140 Glenco LLC closed Dec. 18 for $5.8 million.

Second Casa bought the condo for $6.25 million, listed it for the same price July 17, and lowered the price to $5.95 million Oct. 15. It went under contract Dec. 1, and 2800 E 2nd Avenue LLC closed on the condo for $5.75 million Dec. 17.

They modernized the bathrooms and kitchen, restored original features like the ornate front door and ceiling beams, and incorporated custom pieces crafted by Colorado artisans.
The couple, who plan to downsize to a smaller home in Denver, are also building a house in Buena Vista and managing the plastics plant in Pueblo. They listed the home for $6.2 million in April.
The couple lowered the price to $6 million in May and to $5.8 million in June. The mansion went under contract Oct. 21, and the Frank Family Trust closed on it for $5.6 million Dec. 3.
