Deals of note:

VA9 Bear Valley LLC purchased 3550 S. Kendall St., an apartment community on 7.25-acres in Denver for $40 million from Advenir@Bear Valley LLC.

ZS Capital Partners, a Denver-based investment and development firm, purchased the Centennial Technology Center, an 87,923-square-foot industrial property at 7442 and 7472 S. Tucson Way in Centennial, for $14.8 million from Centennial Tech Industrial Owner LLC. ZS plans to invest more than $1M in upgrades to reposition the property and lease up the remaining vacancy, which sits at 32%. Larry Thiel, Sean Whitney, Dave Lee, Jason Addlesperger and Philip Lee of JLL brokered the deal.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

The Keith Matthew Hackbarth and Brooke Ann Hanson Living Trust purchased 9474-9518 E. 109th Drive, a 10-townhome development in Henderson, for $3.08 million from Bosaba Belle Creek III LLC. Brandon Kaufman and Andrew Vollert represented both sides of the transaction. 

BRD Commercial Group reports the following deal:

Mountain View Pain Center leased 5,676 square feet at 6155 S. Main St. Suite 260 in Aurora. Brandon Paxton represented the tenant. David Shapiro and Karen Clarke with Transwestern represented the landlord, Southlands TC LLC. 

Lee & Associates reports the following deal:

Cabinet IQ leased 2,498 square feet at 2497 S. Havana St. Unit #31A in Aurora. Jeff Hallberg and Joe DeBarr represented the tenant.

Sentinel Waterpark Owner LLC purchased 10771 E. Easter Ave. and 10770 W. Briarwood Ave. in Centennial for $23 million from Briarwood Acquisition LLC. 

Shri Hanuman Properties LLC purchased 9051 I-76 Frontage Road in Henderson for $5.63 million from Sunman Two LLC. 

Supplize on Sixth Avenue Ltd purchased 10777 W. 6th Ave. in Lakewood for $4.53 million from FRRE LLC. 

Berkeley Square LLC purchased a retail building at 4271, 4281 and 4301 N. Lowell Blvd. in Denver for $2.6 million from 4301 Lowell LLC. 

Stackhouse CO Ltd purchased 3235 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood for $1.5 million from MCBG LLC. 

Watermill Candelas Holding Co LLC purchased 9144 Howell St. in Arvada for $1.2 million from Candelas Car Wash LLC.

Snacck Properties LLC purchased 4045 Wadsworth Blvd, Suite 300 in Wheat Ridge for $80,000 from State Services Corp.
