Deals of note:

JM Belmar LLC purchased the 198-unit Sofi Belmar apartment complex at 823 S. Vance St. in Lakewood for $46 million from 823 Vance LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop were brokers in the deal.

1625 Birch LLC purchased 1625 & 1675 S Birch St. in Denver, a two-building apartment community with 194 units, for $33 million from First South Birch Company. It’s the first time that the complex has sold since its completion in 1972. Pat Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate, along with Dan Woodward and David Potarf of Walker & Dunlop, represented the seller. Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the buyer. 

SG Property Services purchased a 33,282-square-foot medical building at 5351 S. Roslyn St. in Greenwood Village for $15.2 million from Resolute Investments Inc. The three-story facility is fully leased and anchored by AdventHealth, which has about a third of the space. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott,  Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Jesse Greshin, Trent Jemmett, Dann Burke, Stephani Gaskins and Anna Schornstein of CBRE represented the seller.  

Platinum CRE reports the following deal:

Burgeon Properties Denver LLC purchased a 19,409-square-foot office building that’s 80% leased at 4901 E. Dry Creek Road in Centennial for $1.75 million from No Paddle LLC. Paul Cattin represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

MDK Park Meadows LLC purchased a 14,803-square-foot retail property at 7824 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree for $3.8 million from William Penn Apartments LLC. Corey Sandberg and Jeff Johnson represented the seller. 

Three Rivers Ventures LLC purchased an office and retail property at 2707-2717 E. Louisiana Ave. in Denver for $922,950 from John and Susan Denny. Paul Nora and Jamie Mitchell represented the seller. 

853 N Ogden St LLC purchased a six-unit apartment building at 853 N. Ogden St. in Denver for $1.26 million from MH Apartment Homes LLC. Quentin Shore, Jim Knowlton and Chris Knowlton represented the seller. 

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Bond & Morris PC leased 3,753 square feet at 303 E. 17th Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Insight Veterinary Care leased 2,559 square feet at 1193 Bergen Parkway in Evergreen. Sam Slaton represented the tenant.

Martin Harris Construction leased 1,875 square feet at 303 E. 17th Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Logistics Property Co. leased 1,744 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.

NM Equip LP purchased 12900 W. 43rd Drive in Golden for $8.34 million from Premiere Real Estate Holdings I LLC. 

PLD LH LLC purchased 7800 W. Stanford Ave. in Denver for $4.5 million from Five West Holdings LLLP.

Murphy Oil USA Inc purchased 2160 S. Havana St. in Aurora and 12022 E. Arapahoe Road in unincorporated Arapahoe County for $7.8 million from Joshnik LLLP.

Elyria Packinghouse Road LLC purchased 4640, 4652, 4660, 4670 and 4684 Brighton Blvd. in Denver for $2.65 million from the Strait Family Trust 3006 and 2 US 4VR LLC. 

950 Gramercy LLC purchased 2140 S. Ash St., units 101-105 in Denver for $2.33 million from 2140 S Ash Developers LLC. 

All Pro Development LLC purchased 1233 W. Alameda Ave. in Denver for $2.06 from MHW Alameda LLC.

Gold Mesa 15 LLC purchased 7550 Broadway in unincorporated Adams County for $1.39 million from 7550 Broadway LLC. 

5190 North Clarkson LLC purchased 5190 and 5174 N. Clarkson St. in Denver for $1.21 million from Barraza Holdings LLC.
