Deals of note:
Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties purchased 7901 and 7955 S. Potomac St. adjacent to the Centennial Airport in Aurora, for a combined $48.2 million from Westcore. The two warehouses combine for a total of 258,275 industrial square feet.
CenterSquare reports the following deal:
CenterSquare purchased a 31,871-square-foot retail strip at 2585-2599 Lewis Way in Lakewood for $10.35 million from North Bear Meadows LLC. Tenants include Dominos, KFC and Green Mountain Beer Co. This is CenterSquare’s third Denver investment, following buys in Littleton and Thornton.

901-999 Vallejo LLC purchased 901-999 Vallejo St. in Denver for $5.4 million from East Prentice Denver Tech Center LLC. Taylor Roy and Jeff Geman represented the buyer.
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors and Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate report the following deal:
Bochno Legacy Trust purchased a 8,038-square-foot multi-tenant retail property at 9447 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree for $3 million from Park Meadows and Merchants LLC. Cody Stambaugh, Elizabeth Morgan and Kyle Moyer of Pinnacle represented the seller. Ryan Floyd and Colby Constantine of Kaufman Hagan represented the buyer.

Novelty Lights LLC leased 91,744 industrial square feet at 3700 N Windsor Drive Suite 300 in Aurora. Ron Webert represented the tenant.

Jerusalem Adult Day Center LLC leased 2,970 office square feet at 30 S. Havana St., Units 307 and 308 in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord, Havana Office Park & Mini Storage LLLP. Max Ryan of EXP Realty LLC represented the tenant.
Dignity Comfort Supplies leased 1,320 office square feet at 30 S. Havana St., Unit 305 in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord, Havana Office Park & Mini Storage LLLP.
Colorbrite leased 1,080 industrial square feet at 50 S. Havana St., Unit 516 in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord, Havana Office Park & Mini Storage LLLP.
