Deals of note:

Cemco purchased a 140,630-square-foot industrial property at 9410 Heinz Way in Commerce City for $29.25 million from 9410 Heinz LLC. Mark Dwyer, Scott Caldwell and Sam Slaton of the Lincoln Property Co. brokered the transaction. 

Rio Capital Investments purchased the 7-acre Iliff Commons shopping center in Aurora for $13.85 million from LNR Partners LLC. Panera Bread and numerous ethnic food spots are located there, including a Russian cafe, French bakery and Pho joint. 

380 Inverness Owner LLC purchased 374 Inverness Parkway in unincorporated Douglas County for $11 million from 374 Inverness Drive South LLLP. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Bear & Stringer LLC purchased a 9,068-square-foot industrial property with cold storage at 717 Lipan St. in Denver for $1.86 million from 717 Lipan Street LLC. Brian Baker represented the seller. 

Sean Paul purchased a six-unit apartment building at 6203-6223 S. Prescott St. in Littleton for $1.47 million from Trina Davis. Alex Scott, Travis Wanger and Hayley Konowalchuk represented the seller. Larry Barrett of Your Castle Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

The Broomfield Islamic Community Center of Colorado purchased a 11,640-square-foot office building at 6855 W. 119th Ave. in Broomfield for $1.85 million from TBNT LLC and the Colorado Consolidated Holdings Group LLC. Mark Alley brokered the transaction. 

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Alliance Dental Services LLC purchased 8380 Zuni St., a 15,006-square-foot medical office, and 8371 Wyandot St., a 26,136-square-foot vacant lot – both in Westminster – for $1.7 million from Burgeon Properties Denver LLC. Amanda Weaver represented the seller. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

12121 W Nevada LLC purchased a six-unit apartment building at 12121 W. Nevada Drive in Lakewood for $1 million from The Eugenia A Ditmore Trust and the Floyd A Ditmore Trust. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer brokered the transaction.

The space comes with a concrete pad, perimeter electrical outlets, and electronic gate access. Aviva Sonenreich and Josh Sonenreich along with Dallas Landry of LC Real Estate Group LLC represented the landlord, ODC Holdings LLC. Brad Gilpin of Unique Properties represented the tenant.

Merit Financial leased 3,101 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Straddle Payments leased 3,085 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Braddock Holdings Company leased 2,380 square feet at 4725 S. Monaco St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Continuum Recovery of Colorado leased 2,346 square feet at 4155 E. Jewell Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord. 

Benchmark Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

V&A Transportation LLC leased 13,100 square feet at 7279 E. 96th Ave., Units D and E in Henderson. Bart Allen and Sam Alby brokered the deal.

1895 W Dartmouth LLC purchased 1895 W. Dartmouth in Denver for $2.7 million from JWG Enterprises LLC.

2950 West Point Holdings LLC and 253 Grant Avenue Cliffside Park LLC purchased 734 N. Wilcox St. in Castle Rock for $2.53 million from Seven34 LLC. 

C & S Lands LLC purchased 5796 Emerson St. in unincorporated Adams County for $1.04 million from Jet V 5796 LLC. 

The Town of Mountain View purchased 4375 Benton St. in Mountain View for $670,000 from 4375 Benton LLC.
