Deals of note:

Centerspace, a publicly traded real estate company, purchased the 420-unit Railway Flats apartment complex at 2105 Hopper Lane in Loveland for $132.2 million from local firm McWhinney. The apartments are 93% occupied and have a net operating income of $6.2 million. Dave Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller. 

Malman Real Estate reports the following deal:

Olive HQ LLC purchased a 31,140-square-foot industrial property at 4995 Olive St. in Denver for $2.7 million from Appleman LLC. Jake Malman represented the buyer. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. 

Warehouse Hotline reports the following deal:

RLI Management purchased 16,000-square-foot, four-unit industrial property at 854 Baseline Place in Brighton for $1.83 million from Twin Oak Holdings LLC.  Each unit has an approximately 810-square-foot office, two drive-in doors, 16-foot ceilings and eight dedicated parking spaces. Aviva Sonenreich and Josh Sonenreich represented the buyer. Patrick Laurienti of Colorado Home Realty represented the landlord. 

Assured Trucking LLC leased 1.5 acres of fully fenced, gated, and landscaped yard space at 690 Ventura St. in Aurora from JCK Enterprise LLC. Aviva Sonenreich and Josh Sonenreich represented the landlord, along with Dallas Landry of LC Real Estate Group LLC.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deal:

Raven Space Systems leased 16,863 square feet at 830 Hoyt St. in Broomfield. Mark Dwyer, Scott Caldwell and Sam Slaton represented the landlord. Matt Kawulok of CBRE represented the tenant. 

CSA Transportation leased 7,500 square feet at 4199 Oneida St. in Denver. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant.

Lee & Associates reports the following deal:

Willowbrae Academy, an early childhood education provider, leased 12,900 square feet at 6150 Tower Road in Aurora. It’s Willowbrae’s first Colorado location. Sara Thurber and Jeff Hallberg represented the tenant. 

Digby Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

The Training Spot Golden leased 3,856 office square feet for 10 years at 433 Park Point Drive in Golden. Wade Wilson represented the tenant.

DCP Federal MOB LLC purchased 10359 Federal Blvd. in Westminster for $3.5 million from Northpark Medical Plaza LLC.

5715 Fairfax St LLC purchased 5715 Fairfax St. in Commerce City for $2.86 million from Fairfax Industrial LLC. 

Improvise LLC purchased 2185 E. 74th Place in unincorporated Adams County for $1.96 million from Center East LLC.

Bear Stringer LLC purchased 717 Lipan St. in Denver for $1.86 million from 717 Lipan Street LLC. 

Bldg 18878 LLC purchased 2485 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $1.2 million from 2485 Federal LLC. 

JTCC purchased 1015 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $550,000 from 3105 West 9th Avenue LLC.
