Adler Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm, purchased an industrial property near Centennial Airport at 12250 and 12650 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial for $60.73 million from KW Fund VI Arapahoe I LLC and KW Fund VI Arapahoe II LLC.
UMA Lakewood LLC purchased a 112-room Best Western at 3440 S. Vance St. in Lakewood for $7.2 million from Jefferson Hospitality LTD RLLLP. The hotel was built in 1995, and the buyer plans to invest $1.5 million into renovations. Simon Assaf and Hunter Davis of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services brokered the deal.

1250 Simms St LLC and 1250 Simms St JP LLC purchased a fully leased, 54,416-square-foot industrial property at 1250 Simms St. in Lakewood for $7.25 million from 1250 Simms LLC. Jake Malman represented the seller. Paul Cattin of Platinum CRE represented the buyer.

Lighthouse Building Corp. purchased 1151 W. Mineral Ave. in Littleton for $3.4 million from Highlands Properties 1823 LLC. Matt Burgner represented the seller. Kathryn Hummer of Kin Commercial was also involved in the deal.
