Paradigm River North, one of RiNo’s newest office buildings at 3400 Walnut St., has scored two new tenants. Langan Engineering & Environmental Services leased 5,307 square feet, while the Rockefeller Group, which co-developed the building, leased 5,969 square feet for its Rocky Mountain Region headquarters. The two companies join anchor tenant Davis Graham, which moved into its 80,000-square-foot space in December 2024. Jamie Gard and Jeff Castleton of Newmark represented the landlord in the lease signing. Hadley Cox and Drew Thomas of CBRE represented Langan.
Target purchased a distribution center at 15450 Washington St. in Thorton for $231 million from Denver North Logistics Development LLC. The property spans 88 acres and houses a 530,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse, per public records.
MIG Real Estate LLC purchased a 99-unit apartment complex at 1410 8th St. in Golden for $47.5 million from Golden-based developer and property manager Confluence Cos. Confluence built the apartments in 2014 for $18.5 million. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.
Quinlan Development Group reports the following deal:
NYC-based Quinlan Development Group and Colorado entity Leetsdale Acquisition Partners LLC purchased The Atrii Apartments at 5100 Leetsdale Drive in Denver for $32.5 million from Montgomery Partners Inc and MRP Capital Inc. The 197-unit apartment complex last sold for $49.6 million in December 2021. It’s Quinlan’s first investment in the Denver market. Andy Hellman and Justin Hunt of CBRE represented the seller.
Digby Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:
Morton Properties LLC II purchased a 22,935-square foot industrial building at 15097 W. 44th Ave., in Golden for $3.2 million from Richard A. Dechant and Sandra E. Gontar. Tanner Digby represented both sides of the deal
Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:
Catalyst Urban Design LLC purchased 1615 W. 33rd Ave., and 3317 Osage St. in LoHi for $3 million from 315 Osage Street LLC and 1615 W 33rd LLC. The site includes two existing buildings totaling 2,411 square feet. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and Colton Murphy represented the sellers. James Grove of Real Broker LLC represented the buyer.

Kortright Holdings LLC purchased the 48,832-square-foot Thompson Elementary School at 7750 N. Harlan St. in Arvada for $2.85 million from the Jefferson County School District. Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the buyer. Brian Carroll and Chris Musselman of JLL represented the school district. Evoke Behavioral Health will move into the space.
Our Family Tree Service leased 6,830 industrial square feet at 5220 W. 3rd Ave. in Lakewood for $6.51 a square foot. Paul Roberts represented the landlord, Sutton Family Partnership. Brad Gilpin of Unique Properties represented the tenant.

Skoda LLC purchased a 3,148 square-foot-retail property at 4880 W. 38th Ave. in Denver for $850,000 from the estate of Gabriella Bedoya. Keith Lenz and Dallas Sandberg were involved in the deal.

Sol Vista Roofing leased 4,200 square feet at 5855 E. 45th Ave. in Denver.
