Deals of note:

YCP LLC purchased a 24,000-square-foot retail strip at 6570 S. Yosemite St. in Greenwood Village for $7.9 million from 226 Monroe Street LLC. Tenants include Chipotle and Jimmy John’s.

EFRV LLC purchased 8585 Poplar Way, a 28,000-square-foot Goodwill location in Highlands Ranch, for $7.5 million from 8585 Poplar Way LLC.

Waterway Gas & Wash Company purchased a 25,000-square-foot office building at 3100 S. Parker Road in Aurora for $5.18 million from Victor Sulzer, Aurora 7Five LLC, Parker Landing LLC, James Harris and ASM Parker Landing LLC.

Colliers reports the following deals:

SPQR Verbena purchased a 12,630-square-foot half-office, half-warehouse built in 2008 on 2.6 acres at 8600 Verbena St. in Commerce City for $3.9 million from James and Kathleen Parent. Steve Serenyi brokered the deal.

CW Real Estate Partners reports the following deals: 

BH Holdings Inc purchased an 11,778-square-foot industrial building at 7388 S. Revere Pkwy. Building 900 in Centennial for $2 million, or $167 a foot, from Revere Holdings LLC. Chris Wiedenmayer represented the seller, and represented them as the buyer of the property a decade ago. Matt Ryan of eXp Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc reports the following deals:

Daniel Kim purchased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 4840 Broadway in Denver for $1.85 million from L.K.D.K. Inc. Charles Nusbaum represented the seller. Brandon Langiewicz of Hoff & Leigh represented the buyer.

Jackpot leased 2,699 retail square feet at 10021 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora from Iliff Pointe LLC. Tom Bevans represented the seller.

Colorosa Commercial Properties reports the following deals:

KL&A RE 205 S Garrison LLC purchased 205 S. Garrison St. in Lakewood for $776,700 from Jeffery and Richelle Amundson. The buyer was represented by Rachel Colorosa and Zachory Schuchman.

Hormone Guru leased 1,647 square feet for three years at 1325 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite B-604 in Denver. Rachel Colorosa represented the tenant.

Closets By Design leased 2,955 square feet for three years at 3143 S. Broadway. Rachel Colorosa represented the landlord, Ht South Broadway.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

University of Colorado Hospital Authority leased 19,574 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.

Ookla leased 5,450 square feet at 8000 S. Chester St. in Centennial. Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

LTW Intralogistics leased 5,508 square feet at 3881 Steele St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.

Solid Home LLC purchased 7000 Stuart St. and 4260 W. 70th Place in Westminster for $2.04 million from 7030 Stuart LLC. 

Irving Peak Properties LLC purchased 3300 N. Irving St. in Denver for $1.75 million from P Street III LLC.
