Deals of note:

SE-Artisan Kent Place LLC and SE-Paragon Kent Place LLC purchased the Kent Place Residences apartment complex at 3465 S. Gaylord Court in Englewood for $135 million from Kent Place Holdings LLC. The property last sold in 2017 for $127.4 million. 

B33 Centennial Promenade III LLC purchased Centennial Promenade, an 827,000-square-foot shopping center at the County Line Road and Chester Road in Centennial, for $98.1 million from GS Centennial LLC. 

AcoustiFlo leased 18,522 square feet at 13550 E. Smith Road in Aurora. Mark Dwyer of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.

Kentwood Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

1335 S. Inca LLC purchased the ​​5,155-square-foot flex building at 1335 S. Inca St. in Denver for $1.33 million from Real Estate Denver Team LLC. Todd Snyder represented the buyer.

The Mountain View Legacy Trust purchased a 2,074-square-foot office condo at 899 Hwy. 287 in Broomfield for $522,000 from Lamm Developments LTD. Todd Snyder represented the buyer. Layne McBride and Micah Loeb of The Colorado Group represented the seller. 

Finley River Holdings LLC purchased a 1,166-square-foot office condo at 1800 Glenarm Place in Denver for $338,000 from MODJB 1800 Glenarm LLC. Karen Landers represented both sides.

Triplepoint Environmental LLC leased 20,545 industrial square feet at 12600 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Connor Donahue represented the tenant. Philip Lee of JLL represented the landlord, KW Fund VI – Arapahoe II LLC. 

Employ Inc leased 7,453 office square feet at 1730 Blake St. in Denver. Randy Swearingen and Jim Tyler represented the landlord, Plume Design Inc. Janessa Biller of JLL represented the tenant.

Peak Commodity Group LLC leased 2,760 office square feet at 7100 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence represented the tenant. Ryan Stout of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Oconee Real Estate Holdings III LLC. 

Anderson Life Chiropractic Inc leased 2,263 office square feet at 8400 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence represented the tenant. John Marold of CBRE represented the landlord, Hanover Resources Inc.

Happy Gymnastics LLC leased 2,221 retail square feet at 1884-1886 S. Pearl St. in Denver. Zack Jenkins represented the tenant. David Schneider of Axio Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Failyau Properties LLC.
