Deals of note:

Lowry Apartments Colorado LLC purchased The Ridge at Lowry, an 240-unit apartment complex at 10000 E. Alameda Ave. in Denver, for $70 million from Rosemont Ridge LLC. It last sold for $29.7 million in 2011. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett & Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop worked the deal.

TRC Retail purchased 4450-4700 W. 38th Ave. in Denver for $26.9 million from HGV Commercial. The property, Highlands Garden Village, is a 73,757-square-foot retail center anchored by a Sprouts and 24 Hour Fitness. It includes a Starbucks and various medical providers. Robert Edwards and Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital represented both sides of the all-cash deal. 

Brixton Parkside TIC LLC, Brixton Parkside NFLT TIC LLC and Brixton Parkside BIC TIC LLC purchased Parkside at Littleton Village, a 114-unit apartment complex at 300 E. Fremont Place in Littleton, for $43.5 million from Littleton Village Apartments Owner LLC. The deal was financed by a $25.4 million loan from the New York Life Insurance Co. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett & Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop worked the deal.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

PP Properties 4 LLC purchased a seven-unit, 4,850-square-foot apartment complex at 1820-1832 W. Mississippi Ave. in Denver for $1.09 million from Elite Housing LLC. Zach Hansen represented both sides.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Mears Holdings leased 22,033 office square feet at 9540 Maroon Circle in Englewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Short Elliot Hendrickson leased 6,316 office square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

NGL Supply Terminals Company leased 3,922 office square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Kennedy Wilson leased 1,492 square feet at 8101 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the tenant. 

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reports the following deals:

The Auto Club Group leased 4,696 retail square feet for an insurance agency at 1350 S. Colorado Blvd. Suite 141 in Denver. Jeremy Reeves and Cody Sheesley of Colliers International represented the tenant. Doug Antonoff represented the landlord, C21 LLC.

Salon Elegante LLC leased 1,562 retail square feet for a hair salon at 3751 N. Tower Road D-1 in Aurora. John Mueller of Kentwood Real Estate represented the tenant. Jeffrey Hirschfeld represented the landlord, V-Square Inc.

Deals from deeds:

K&E Dove Valley LLC purchased 7670 S. Vaughn St. in Arapahoe County for $2.7 million from Youth for Christ/USA Inc and Youth for Christ International Ministries. 

Harkness Investments LLC purchased a warehouse at 4775 S. Santa Fe Circle in Littleton, for $925,725 from Dashing Property Holdings LLC.
