Wabash St., a 25,356-square-foot warehouse in southeast Denver for $3 million from 2153 South Wabash Street LLC, an entity affiliated with Tavern Hospitality founders Frank Schultz and Terry Papay. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and CJ Toohey of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller. Taylor Roy from Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
After signing a 15-year lease for the space in 2020, 7-Eleven corporate purchased the property at 7260 E. 36th Ave. on the edge of Park Hill and Central Park in Denver for $7.75 million from Iowa-based J.D. Carpenter Companies, Inc.
Tasman, Inc. purchased a two-tenant 38,114-square-foot office, light industrial and warehouse facility on 3.3 acres for $4.8 million at 4725 Independence St. in Wheat Ridge from Tecta LLC and Solo@LHC LLC. John Reynolds and James Wachholz with Cushman & Wakefield and RC Myles with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.
