Deals of note:

S&AE LLC purchased the 30,756-square-foot Hampden Plaza Shopping Center at 10005–10021 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver for $7 million from HUI LLC. The property is fully leased. The seller was affiliated with John V. Propp, who represented himself through his brokerage, John Propp Commercial Group. Stephen Shin of Shin Real Estate and Investment represented the buyer.

An entity affiliated with Flywheel Capital purchased 4970 Cook St., a 20,000-square-foot industrial property on a 2.47-acre site in Denver for $3.65 million from a business associated with Bespoke Holdings Co. and the trust of Duane and Nancy Schneider. 

The Consulate of Honduras leased 4,100 square feet at the Colorado Marketing Center, 14707 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Eric Shaw of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, Canetti Properties LLC.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

H.A.L. Construction Inc purchased 10071 Wadsworth Parkway. in Westminster, a two-story 14,244-square-foot dental and vision facility, for $5.82 million from Westbrook Properties LLC. John V. Propp and Joshua Cohen represented the buyer. Jeremy Reeves and T.J. Smith of Colliers represented the seller. 

Colorosa Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

The International Union of Painters and Trades purchased 928 Quail St. in Lakewood for $3.1 million from Schenker Inc. Rachel Colorosa and Zachory Schuchman represented the buyer.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Elliott Partners Ltd purchased 15152 E. Fremont Drive in Centennial, a 12,100-square-foot industrial building, for $2.9 million from 15152 E Fremont LLC. Mike Viehmann represented the buyer.

Foundation Building Materials leased 49,051 industrial square feet at 610 E. 55th Ave. in Denver. Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer, Jr. represented the landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors. 

Frost Brown Todd subleased 11,103 office square feet at 1801 California St in Denver. Eddie Kane and Kay Davis represented the landlord, Fisher & Phillips.

Smith Seckman Reid Inc leased 5,154 office square feet at 7935 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village. Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant. 

Dream Designs CO LLC leased 5,000 industrial square feet at 16404 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Mike Wafer Jr. represented the landlord, Judco Properties III LLC. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

Real Estate CO LLC purchased 8461 Delaware St. in Thornton, a 18,582-square-foot office building, for $1.6 million from 8461 Delaware Street LLC. Brian Baker and Tanner Fanello represented the seller. Danchen Astle and Brandi Spencer of ALG Commercial represented the buyer.

National Lightning Protection Corp leased 19,702 square feet at 13550 Smith Road in Aurora. Mark Dwyer represented the landlord. Bill Thompson of CBRE represented the tenant. 

Max/Livie leased 12,000 square feet at 14600 E. 35th Place in Aurora. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant. 

Ewing-Foley leased 3,402 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

The Ross-Shannon Law Firm leased 3,315 office square feet at ​​300 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant. John Beason of JLL represented the landlord.
