The seller was affiliated with John V. Propp, who represented himself through his brokerage, John Propp Commercial Group. Stephen Shin of Shin Real Estate and Investment represented the buyer.
An entity affiliated with Flywheel Capital purchased 4970 Cook St., a 20,000-square-foot industrial property on a 2.47-acre site in Denver for $3.65 million from a business associated with Bespoke Holdings Co. and the trust of Duane and Nancy Schneider.
The Consulate of Honduras leased 4,100 square feet at the Colorado Marketing Center, 14707 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Eric Shaw of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, Canetti Properties LLC.
