The Bascom Group purchased Hearthstone at City Center, a 360-unit apartment complex in Aurora at 932 S. Helena Way, for $74 million from Star Hearthstone LLC. Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Andy Hellman, Justin Hunt, Chris Hart and Brad Schlafer of CBRE represented the seller.
Gelt Inc purchased the 252-unit Allure Apartments at 1300 S. Willow St. in unincorporated Arapahoe County for $68.25 million from SRGMF III Willow Denver LLC. Jordan Robbins and Alex Possick of JLL represented the seller.
Plaza West LLC purchased 13670 E. Alameda Ave., a shopping center in Aurora, for $8 million from Lovelock LLC and Hamfed 97 LLC. Justin Krieger of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.

SLLI Properties LLC purchased 10880 Leroy Drive, a 29,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building in Northglenn, for $4.85 million from Dom and Ana Kickbush. Tanner Digby and CJ Anania represented the seller.

Vectra Bank leased 2,846 office square feet at 6901 S. Pierce St. Suite 105 in Littleton. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz represented both the tenant and the landlord, Ruffner Properties.
All Applied Films LLC leased 2,552 industrial square feet at 7120 Julien St. Unit A in Westminster. Chris Camozzi and Brandon Langiewicz represented the tenant.
