Deals of note:

310 Archer Investors LLC purchased a 17-unit, roughly 9,000-square-foot apartment complex at 310 W. Archer Place in Denver for $4.2 million from 1480 Silver King Drive LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the buyer and seller.

Cedar Oaks Apartments LP purchased 2426-2446 Clay St., an 11-unit, approximately 5,000-square-foot apartment building in Denver for $2.2 million from JP50 LLC. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir of The Henry Group represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors.

SCRAM Systems leased 25,060 office square feet in building 6 at the Greenwood Corporate Plaza, 6251 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., in Greenwood Village. CBRE brokers Mitch Bradley, Lindsay Gilbert and Megan Strauss represented the landlord. Harrison Archer and Ryan Link of CBRE represented the tenant.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

DJW Building LLC purchased a 2,370-square-foot office condo located at 1001 S Perry St., Units 103 and 105, in Castle Rock for about $652,000 from 1001 S Perry LLC. Jordan Burgess represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Rick Nelson and Brett Ogden of Hoff & Leigh. 

JS Pogge Holdings LLC purchased a 2,192-square-foot office condo at 10499 Bradford Rd., Unit 107, in Littleton for $485,000 from DCP Ken Caryl LLC. Matt Kulbe represented the seller. John Becker of Fuller Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Bjorem Speach Publications LLC leased 1,863 office square feet at 15 Wilcox St., Suite 301, in Castle Rock for 12 months. Jordan Burgess represented the landlord. 

ClueClock Escape Rooms LLC leased 1,465 retail square feet at 7437 Village Square Lane, Suite A115, in Castle Pines for 63 months. Jeff Brandon and Brent Ham represented the landlord. 

Bella Vista Salon expanded its lease to include an additional 1,274 retail square feet at 611 N. Wilcox St., Suite D, in Castle Rock while also extending its term in Suite C for an additional 10 years. They now occupy 2,611 total square feet at the retail center. Jordan Burgess and Matt Call represented the landlord.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Triangle Ltd bought a 5,179-square-foot office building at 1360 S. Clarkson St. in Denver from CB Investment Group LLC for $2.2 million. Keith Bell represented the buyer. 

Heartland Payment Systems subleased 7,515 office square feet at 11080 Circle Point Rd in Westminster. David Hart represented the sublandlord.

Advantage West Food Service Marketing Inc leased 6,368 industrial square feet at 14 Inverness Dr. E. in Englewood. Keith Bell represented the landlord. 

Centimark Corporation leased 3,750 industrial square feet at 16608 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Mike Wafer represented the landlord.

The Ambrosian Pantry LLC leased 1,963 retail square feet at 2358 E. 3rd Ave. in Denver. Peter Staab and Jamie Gard represented the landlord.

Dalia Landscaping LLC leased 5,258 office/retail square feet at 4701 Jackson St. in Denver. Eric Shaw represented the landlord. 

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

Boesen Law LLC leased 8,762 office square feet at 5675 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Jim Tyler and Randy Swearingen represented the tenant.

RRC Power & Energy LLC leased 6,846 office square feet at 295 Interlocken Blvd. in Broomfield. Connor Donahue represented the tenant.

SPA LLC subleased 5,865 office square feet at 390 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Connor Donahue represented the sublandlord.

Swinerton Builders subleased 2,900 office square feet at 848 Broadway in Denver. Todd Snyder represented the sublandlord.

Galgo LLC leased 1,200 retail square feet at 12720 N. Colorado Blvd. in Thornton. Karen Landers represented the landlord.

Li’s Massage & Reflexology leased 2,869 square feet at 9245 S. Broadway in Highlands Ranch for its second location. David Schneider represented the tenant. Brett Haskins and Blake Larson of Legend Partners represented the landlord.

The 49th leased 2,858 square feet of turnkey restaurant space at the Shops at Riverbend at 5350 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton. John Livaditis represented the landlord. David Ray of Column Commercial Partners represented the tenant.

Innerlux Collective Healing LLC leased 1,827 square feet in Sloan’s Lake at 1525 Raleigh St. Brian Frank and John Livaditis represented the landlord. Jeff Hallberg of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

Vapor Toke Inc. leased 1,368 square feet at 14710 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood. John Livaditis and Brian Frank represented the landlord. Fred Louis of Legacy Realty Group represented the tenant. 

Urban Cowgirl leased 519 square feet at the Stanley Marketplace at 2501 N. Dallas St. in Aurora. David Schneider represented the landlord and was the only broker involved in the transaction.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Hirvin Paredes Agency LLC leased 1,280 square feet at 6520 Wadsworth Blvd., Unit 170 at the Fairlanes Shopping Center in Arvada. Dan Prevedel represented the landlord.

CrossPurpose, a Denver faith-based nonprofit focused on workforce development, purchased the building it’s been using at 3050 N. Richard Allen Court in Denver for $1.5 million from Excel Property LLC.

Main Street LLC purchased 2445-2449 W. Main Street in Littleton for roughly $900,000 from Olde Towne Ventures LLC.
