Deals of note:

1850 Quebec Way LLC purchased 1850 S. Quebec Way in Denver, a 56-unit apartment complex, for $32 million. The seller was REVA Development Partners, which constructed the building. REVA was represented by Northmarq brokers Rich Ritter, Dave Martin and Brian Mooney.

GV OCC ARV Owner LLC purchased lots one through four of Candelas Innovation Park, located just south of state Highway 72 and the Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge, in two deals for $3.25 and $4.03 million each. The seller was Cimarron Commercial LLC. 

5611 Kendall Ct. LLC purchased 5611 Kendall Court in Arvada for $4.5 million from Jefferson Development Group LLC. The building is a 25,725 sq. ft. industrial property. Fuller Real Estate brokers Brian Baker and Tanner Fanello represented the seller. 

SVN Denver Commercial reports the following deal:

Handyman Hercules Holdings LLC purchased 9600 W. Jewell Ave. in Lakewood, a 12,466-square-foot medical office property, for $2.11 million. Elizabeth M. Leder represented the buyer and RE/Max Commercial represented the seller, Healing at 9600 W. Jewell Ave. Dermatology Healthcare Excellence will remodel the building, using the majority of the space to offer its services, which includes skin cancer treatment. Elsewhere on the property, roughly 2,500 square feet of office space will be available for rent, while the current tenant, Leading Edge Accounting, will continue to operate in its own space. 

Fuller Real Estate Reports the following deal:

Jim & Susie Poggemeyer purchased a 2,264-square-foot office condo at 10499 Bradford Road, Unit 107 in Littleton for $485,000. John Becker represented the seller.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Berkeley Insurance Co. leased 16,544 office square feet at 188 Inverness Drive West in Englewood. Peter Staab represented the landlord, B33 Inverness II LLC, while Colliers International represented the tenant. 

TransWood Carriers Inc leased 7,000 industrial square feet at 5790 Dahlia St. in Commerce City. Mike Viehmann and Mike Wafer, Jr. represented the landlord, Disco Capital LLC. Equity Colorado Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant.

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering Inc leased 6,260 office square feet at The Pointe at Park Center, Building 1, at 1120 W. 122nd Ave. in Westminster. Roger Simpson represented the landlord, Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association.

KPsoftworks Inc. leased 3,639 office square feet at The Pointe at Park Center, Building 1, at 1120 W. 122nd Ave. in Westminster. Roger Simpson represented the landlord, Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association.

Multisite LED LLC subleased 2,155 office square feet from Fivetran, Inc. Multisite LED was represented by Josh Pons and Andrew Blaustein. Fivetran was represented by SVN Denver Commercial.

Commun Denver Inc purchased 3040 S. Loretto Way for $2.92 million from Loretto CLT LLC.

1919 Federal LLC purchased 1919 Federal Blvd. for $2.5 million from Billen Enterprise LLC Series 1. 

Habib Group LLC purchased 4800 W. Colfax Ave. for $1.2 million from Hauptmen Investment LLC.
