Affiliates of Jackson Square Properties purchased the 258-unit Helios apartment complex at 7901 E. Belleview Ave. in Denver for $89 million from Breit MF East Belleview Avenue LLC.

Coram Deo Reformation Church purchased 9,840 flex square feet at 7076 S. Alton Way, Building B, in Centennial for $2.2 million from Crosspoint Community Church. Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. Tom Matthews of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

340 Limited purchased 340 S. Wilcox St. in Castle Rock, consisting of a 1,653-square-foot Pizza Hut building and a soon-to-be-completed 4,800-square-foot retail building, for $2.423 million from 340 S Wilcox Street LLC. Jordan Burgess and Matt Kulbe of Nav Point Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Nina Valtchanov of Ascension represented the seller.
