Hill Street Realty purchased 22 recently constructed townhomes at 2566-2598 S. Delaware Street and 351-375 W. Vassar Ave. in Denver for $10.45 million from Pando Holdings. The three-bedrooms units average 1,272 square feet and are fully leased. Erik Toll, Justin Hunt, Andy Hellman, Brad Schlafer and Jessica Graham of CBRE represented the seller.
Ineos USA Oil & Gas subleased 34,509 office square feet at 16 Market Square at 1400 16th St. in Denver from Moye White. Nathan Johnson, Eddie Kane, Victor Frandsen, Tim Harrington, Alan Polacsek, Charles Sutherland and Manuel Breidenbach of Newmark represented the sublandlord. Hughes Marino represented the subtenant.
