Deals of note:

Brookfield Residential (Colorado) LLC purchased 1.49 acres off 47th and Beeler streets in Denver for $1.535 million from Denver Northfield Reunion RE LLC. The company plans to build 37 townhomes, breaking ground in Q1 2024.

Tower Road Investors LLC purchased NWC 96th Avenue and Tower Road in Aurora for $5.2 million from Swink Family Farms LLLP and Terry Swink.

SCAIP North America leased 4,000 square feet at 3251 Revere St. in Aurora. Mark Dwyer and Sam Slaton of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

5525 E Yale Ave LLC purchased 12 multifamily units at 5525-5535 E. Yale Ave. in Denver for $2.825 million from 32V LLC. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Athlete Tracker LLC purchased 10,512 industrial square feet at 3250 W. 72nd Ave. in Westminster for $1.813 million from 7160 Irving Street LLC. Alex Padgett represented the seller.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Rivian leased 20,914 square feet at 3893 Steele St. in Denver. Mark Dwyer and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council leased 2,182 square feet at 303 E. 17th Ave. in Denver. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Bridger Pipeline leased 1,943 square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.

Rex Environment leased 3,336 industrial square feet at 4760 Oakland St., #100, in Denver. Matt Nora represented the tenant. Jerry Kempf of Unique Properties represented the landlord.

CEG Oracle Marketing Inc leased 6,500 industrial square feet at 5350 Joliet St., Unit 3, in Denver. Alex Clark represented the tenant. Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the landlord.

Armani Fine Woodworking sublet 8,496 industrial square feet at 2555 S. Santa Fe Drive, Unit B, in Denver. Matt Nora and Kirk Vanino represented the sublandlord. Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the subtenant.
