Hancoop @ Denver LLC purchased 20,446 retail square feet at 445 Broadway in Denver for $5.1 million from Henry Worth LLC. The buyer operates Grid Collaborative Workspace and Solera Salon Suites in the building. Liz Morgan, Cody Stambaugh and Natalie Dupree of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer. Chadd Nelson of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Village Work & Wellness Center, a women-focused coworking space, subleased 37,166 office square feet at 7173 S. Havana St., Suite 7173, in Centennial from Davita. Paul Cattin, Adam Hubschman and Solomon Stark of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the subtenant.

Hudson Grove Properties purchased the 167-unit Enclave Belle Creek at 9444 E. 108th Ave. in Henderson for $46 million from Granite Capital Group. John Blackshire and Tom Wanberg of Transwestern represented the seller. 

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Ville 4735 LLC purchased the Best Interstate Inn Wheat Ridge at 4735 Kipling St. in Wheat Ridge for $5.5 million from Annie’s Place Motel 1 LLC. Christy McDougall represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

RNJS Properties LLC purchased the industrial/retail flex building at 2065 S. Holly St. in Denver for $2.15 million from 2085 South Holly Street LLC. Brett MacDougall, Michael DeSantis and Hudson Cramer represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deal:

Grant, Griffin and Marisue Marsh purchased 6,900 retail square feet at 4501 38th Ave. in Denver for $1.35 million from Miguel Vigil. Joey Gargotto represented the seller.

Newmark reports the following deals:

MTM Transit LLC subleased 22,689 industrial square feet at 280 W. 62nd Ave. in Denver from Power Equipment Company. Corey Chase, Mike Viehmann and Julie Wafer represented the subtenant.

Vorto LLC expanded and extended its office lease at 1501 Wazee St. in Denver to 19,318 square feet. Andrew Blaustein, Josh Pons and Caroline Nowack represented the tenant.

Bachus & Schanker leased 10,795 office square feet at 950 17th St. in Denver. Sam Depizzol, Ben Klimesh, Jamie Gard, Jeffrey Castleton and Caroline Nowack represented the tenant and landlord.

Abstract Designs is growing and has moved into a larger space at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora. They went from 519 square feet on the second floor to 918 square on the first floor. David Schneider of Axio Commercial represented the landlord.
