That sale was one of three in Cherry Hills Village that topped February sales in the Denver metro, according to MLS data.
The home at 37 Sunset Drive was purchased by Delaware-registered 37 Sunset Drive LLC in February. Figge and his wife Amy bought the property for $4.8 million in June 2021.

Figge previously sold a Country Club home for $6 million in 2020.
