The original owners of one of The Coloradan’s seven penthouses overlooking Union Station listed the property for $3.5 million in October.

The 2,815-square-foot, two-bedroom, three-bath condominium on the 19th floor at 1750 Wewatta St. offers bird’s-eye views of the mountains and lower downtown, plus top-of-the-line amenities.

“It’s the epitome of urban living in downtown Denver,” says listing agent Brad Arnold with Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate Denver.

Owner Susan Frampton, married to Harry Frampton, the founding partner of East West Partners and a principal of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, is selling the penthouse.

East West, with offices in Denver and Vail, developed the 19-story Coloradan, which was completed in 2019. In Denver, the company has built 1,300 homes around Union Station and developed 150,000 square feet of retail and office space. East West is also planning to transform the western side of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

The penthouse features an accordion-style folding glass NanaWall to create dramatic interior-exterior functionality.

The layout places the two bedrooms on opposite ends of the penthouse. The spacious central living area includes a den or office space, a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen.

The primary bedroom suite creates a tranquil respite with a spa-like bathroom, a walk-in wet room with a soaking tub, plus a massive walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom gives guests a private retreat with a connecting bath and walk-in closet.
