1. Veragnes LLC purchased the 15,684-square-foot mixed-use building at 1111 Washington Ave. in Golden for $5.7 million from Two Oaks Washington LLC and other entities. Brandon Kramer of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
2. GI Investments LLC purchased 40,000 industrial square feet on 4.29 acres at 4920 Washington St. in Denver for $6.9 million from 4920 Washington Street LLC. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate was the only broker involved.
3. Park Sixteen Holdings LLC purchased 60 multifamily units at Park 16 at 11300 E. 16th Ave. in Aurora for $10.8 million from Anchor Sixteenth LLC. Scott Fetter and Joe Hornstein of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the buyer. Clayton Primm of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
