Top commercial real estate deals in the Denver area

The six-story office building  at 370 Interlocken Blvd. in Broomfield sold for $34.5 million.

1. Urban Renaissance Group purchased the six-story, 150,000-square-foot office building at 370 Interlocken Blvd. in Broomfield for $34.5 million from Equus Capital Partners. It is about 77 percent leased.

2. RedPeak Properties purchased 80 multifamily units at 550 E. 53rd Ave., 50 Corona St. and 25 Emerson St. in Denver for $23.5 million from Arel Capital. Bill Morkes and Craig Stack of Colliers represented the seller.

3. PC TF Connect LLC and other entities purchased Connect at First Creek Apartments at 17900 E. 56th Ave. in Denver for $62.5 million from Brick Stone Apartments at 56th LLC.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

CWP Westminster I LLC purchased the 128-room Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Westminster Denver North hotel at 12095 N. Mariposa St. in Westminster for $10.3 million from Pure Strike Westminster LLC. Michael Fasano, Matthew Omansky, Chris Gomes and Allan Miller represented the buyer and seller.

HA Kohler Properties LLC purchased 11,400 retail square feet at 5253-5295 W. 48th Ave. in Denver for $2.4 million from 209 Kalamath Group LLC. Paul Cattin and Adam Hubschman represented the seller.
