There’s one more vacant lot in LoHi – at least for a few weeks.
Trammell Crow Residential demolished the former Dickinson Plaza retail center earlier this month to make way for one of several planned Denver apartment complexes. The property that used to house Laughing Latte, Mary Jane’s Pizza, Guiltless Glow and Fat Jack’s Supersubs will soon host more than 100 apartments.
Trammell Crow bought the then 115-year-old brick building and nearly one acre of land last year for $6.8 million. The project, named Alexan LoHi at Dickinson Plaza on the company’s website, is one of at least eight buildings Trammell Crow Residential is working on in Denver.
