Walls are beginning to go up at the latest office building under construction along Platte Street.
The five-story, 250,000-square-foot One Platte building broke ground in February 2020 on a 1.5-acre site at 1701 Platte St.
The project is being developed by Denver-based Nichols Partnership and San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties on what was previously a parking lot owned by the city. Nichols has already developed one building along the corridor at 1644 Platte St.
One Platte’s website bills it as “the last opportunity on Platte Street.” It will have 240,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, fitness center and underground parking.
Below are new photos taken of the construction in late June.

Office leasing brokers: Jamie Gard and Jeff Castleton of Newmark
Retail leasing broker: Sam Bell and Tony Pierangeli of SRS Real Estate Partners
