Universal Lending Corporation leased 2,876 square feet of office space at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Jamie Gard, Courtney Hasson and Casey Grosscope represented the landlord.

J C O, Inc. leased 1,602 square feet of office space at 5670 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Jamie Gard, Courtney Hasson and Casey Grosscope represented the landlord.

Silver Bullet Consulting leased 814 square feet of office space at 3600 S. Yosemite St. in Denver. Peter Staab and Keith Krombach represented the landlord.

Cardionxt, Inc. leased 1,679 square feet of office space at 9035 Wadsworth Parkway in Westminster. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

James Robert Waite, LLC leased 744 square feet of office space at 9777 Pyramid Court in Englewood. Keith Krombach, Nathan Johnson and Tyler Johnson represented the landlord.

PTREH, LLC bought 67,537 square feet of industrial space at 13300 James E. Casey Ave. in Englewood from IB Concord III, LLC for $10.35 million. Jaseon Addlesperger, David Lee, Billy Woodward and Keith Bell represented the seller.

REC Colorado reports the following deal:

Edward Jones leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 118A S. Wilcox St. in Castle Rock. Alexander Becker represented the tenant.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Smith, Brooks, Bolshoun and Co., L.L.P. bought a 12,000-square-foot property at 5840 E. Evans Ave. in Denver from Alexander Speros for $1.385 million. Tim Finholm and Sam Leger represented the seller.

The Animosus Trust bought a 1,525-square-foot property at 2042 S. Bannock St. in Denver from 2042 S. Bannock, LLC for $525,000. Tim Finholm, Sam Leger and Carlos Valencia represented the seller.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Superfruit Republic leased 1,812 square feet of retail space at 1776 Broadway in Denver. Eli Boymel, Rich Hobbs and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.
