Tourmaline Capital purchased The Shops at Greenwood Village, a sprawling shopping center with 66 tenants at 9600 E. Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village for $40.95 million from BSV Greenwood Village LLC.
Heritage Apartments VIII LLC purchased 10400 W. 62nd Place in Arvada for $14.2 million from Heritage Apartments VII LLC.

Little Goose Re LLC purchased a 14-unit apartment building at 1325 Corona St. in Denver for $1.88 million from Kenneth Anderson. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman worked both sides of the deal.
Clint Rivet purchased a 4-unit apartment building at 1130 N. Downing St. in Denver for $1.2 million from Prospector Properties LLC. Austin Bengford, Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer.

South Metro Property Corporation, a Colorado-based nonprofit, completed its land assemblage for a new 73-unit apartment development with its purchase of 439 W. Littleton Blvd. in Littleton for $1.55 million from Charles Mulqueen. The nonprofit purchased the neighboring 589 W. Littleton Blvd. property last year for $1.35 million. Pat Henry, Boston Weir, and Colton Murphy represented the buyer.
