Deals of note:

S Clarkson Investment LLC purchased 1100 E. Girard Ave., an Englewood apartment complex built in 2017, for $11.5 million from 1100 Girard LLC. 

Plenty of Places Apartment Homes purchased The Irving, a 44-unit apartment building at 1122 Albion St. completed in 2023, for $10.35 million from JBN Albion LLC. Nate Moyer, Craig Stack and Bill Morkes of Colliers Denver represented the seller in the transaction.

Apex Land LLC, a local real estate company, purchased a 19,878-square-foot shopping center at 7444 W. Chatfield Ave. for $6.04 million from Lafayette South Wadsworth Retail LLC. The center is 85% leased to eight tenants with one vacancy. Josh Lorenzen and Shawn Dickmann of Blue West Capital represented the buyer. 

Steel Peak reports the following deal:

Steel Peak, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on industrial outdoor storage properties, purchased 4600 Monaco St., a 16,858-square-foot industrial building on a 2.07-acre lot in Denver, for $3.27 million from the Heimbrock Family Partnership LLLP. Mike Viehmann of Newmark represented the buyer. Doug Viseur and Nic Carter of CBRE represented the seller. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

JLP Properties LLC purchased a 5,287-square-foot office building at 2201 Ford St. in Golden for $1.6 million from Jon T. Bradley and Jerald J. Devitt. Paul Nora represented the buyer.

Bunny 1 LLC purchased a four-unit apartment building at 541 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Lakewood for $1.15 million from CBAC LLC. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson worked both sides of the deal.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Medical Transportation Management Inc. leased 3,550 square feet at 3851 N. Steele St. in Denver. Mark Dwyer and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord. 

Engineering and Manufacturing Enhancements Corp. leased 1,411 square feet at 5460 S. Quebec St. in Greenwood Village. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant. 

Summit Administrative Services leased 1,018 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Awada Enterprises LLC purchased 3095 S. Peoria St. in Aurora for $6.32 million from Eastridge Plaza Development LLC. 

RSTLNE 26 LLC purchased 8310 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village for $4.02 million from Kompass Kulinary Properties I LLC. 

SNCC LLC purchased 781-785 Vallejo St. in Denver for $2.2 million from 781-785 Vallejo St LLC. 

Northglenn Irma Drive LLC and SPI One LLC purchased 11045 Irma Drive in Northglenn for $2.1 million from ADAB Properties LLC. 

Abeba LLC purchased 7520-7540 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver for $1.08 million from E Colfax LLC.
