MLG Capital purchased Platte View Landing, a 216-unit apartment building at 90 Miller Ave. in Brighton, for $51.95 million from Platte View Landing LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal.
Hear.com leased 16,075 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord.

Mountain-Plains Investment Corp. purchased a 30,708-square-foot industrial building at 5550 W. 60th Ave. in Arvada for $6.8 million from Singletrack Investment Group LLC. Dallas Sandberg and Jeff Johnson represented the seller.
GBPM Elm 2 LLC purchased 3223 S. Santa Fe Drive in Englewood, a 12-pad mobile home park, for $1 million from We’ll Have Equitable Relocation. David Barocas and Corey Sandberg represented both sides of the deal.
Wings Future LLC purchased an office condo at 1950 W. Littleton Blvd., Unit 109, in Littleton for $716,000 from Boulevard Holdings LLC. RC Myles and Eric Shaw represented the landlord.
