Deals of note:

Three restaurants have leased at HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, a 25-acre mall in Broomfield. Memoir – An American Grill, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, and Shake Shack will open in 2027.

Voyage Co II LLC purchased 13851 E. Harvard Ave. in Aurora for $7.66 million from Dasea LLC. The property is a Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

MVP Littleton LLC purchased two buildings on 2.5 acres at 5081-5099 S. Rio Grande St. in Littleton for $5.2 million from Rio Grande LLC. Brett MacDougall, Michael DeSantis and Carson Lang represented the seller. Pete Beugg of Stream Realty represented the buyer. 

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

5345 Marshall LLC purchased 5345 Marshall St. in Arvada, a 10,985-square-foot industrial building, for $1.67 million from Scussame LLC. Amanda Tompkins represented the buyer. Tanner Digby of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the seller. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Sherman and Karla Trapp purchased a nine-unit apartment complex at 1291 Gaylord St. in Denver for $1.33 million from 1291 Gaylord Street LLC. Jim Knowlton represented the seller. Chris Knowlton represented the buyer.

Lee & Associates reports the following deal:

Farwest Corrosion Control Company leased 9,225 square feet at 6400 E. 44th Ave., Unit A, in Denver. Alex Clark represented the tenant. Joe Krahn of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. 

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

MidFirst Bank leased 5,765 square feet at 4582 S. Ulster St. in Denver. Scott Caldwell and Mark Dwyer represented the tenant, along with Jeff Caldwell of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. 

The Rodman Law Group leased 3,621 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Crown Trophy leased 1,937 square feet at 7300 S. Alton Way in Centennial. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant.

Warehouse Hotline reports the following deal:

The Commencement Group Inc. leased 3,200 square feet at 3596 Moline St., Units 108 and 109, in Aurora. Aviva and Josh Sonenreich represented the landlord. 

Deals from deeds:

Mountain-Plains Investment Corp. purchased 5550 W. 60th Ave. in Arvada for $6.8 million from Singletrack Investment Group LLC. 

CTS Holding LLC purchased 2200 S. Parker Road in Parker for $3.5 million from Awada Enterprises LLC. 

Mile High Behavioral Healthcare and Mile High Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse purchased 4242 Delaware St. in Denver for $3.09 million from Channing Inc. The two buyers also purchased 3460 S. Federal Blvd. and 3461 S. Eliot St. in Englewood for $4.5 million from Zakhem Center LLC. 

DSAD LLC purchased 8239 S. Holly St. in Centennial for $2.13 million from Heritage Green Plaza LLC.

Gem Investment LLC purchased 2300 S. Jason St. in Denver for $1.35 million from 2300 Jason St LLC.
