Deal of notes:

Henry Group Real Estate’s Amanda Tompkins and Pat Henry have fully leased the retail portion of 2563 15th St. in LoHi, which sold earlier this year. Here are the new tenants:

  • Unit 101: 942 square feet leased to Amie, a floral shop.
  • Unit 102: 899 square feet leased to Heavenly Greek, a coffee and ice cream store. Fariba Keshavarz of Brokers Guild Real Estate represented the tenant.
  • Unit 103: 713 square feet leased to Alterations and Tailoring, a custom suit designer providing tailoring services along with retail sales of garments and accessories. Manijeh Saeidi of Brokers Guild Real Estate represented the tenant. 
  • Unit 104: 904 square feet leased to Sanctuary Kitchen Design, a kitchen design studio.

Denver-based RedPeak purchased an apartment complex at 4675 S. Monaco St. in Denver for $64.8 million from Shea Properties. 

GOFO/US Elogistics Service Corp. leased 72,735 industrial square feet at 19100 E. 38th Ave., Building 26 in Aurora. The building features a 36-foot clear height, 22 dock doors, one drive-in door, a 130-foot truck court and 43 trailer parking stalls. Kirk Vanino, Matt Nora, Jack D’Avanzo and Michael Lee of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. 

SRS Real Estate Partners reports the following deal:

C&B Inc., Winterset Holdings LLC and A&J Enterprises LLC purchased Villager Square, an 85,131-square-foot shopping center at 6470–6650 W. 120th St. in Broomfield, for $12.15 million from Villager Square LLC and Compass Capital Ventures Inc. Ryan Tomkins represented the seller. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

1031 Sherpa LLC purchased a 5,306-square-foot vet clinic building at 17575 S. Golden Road in Golden for $1.3 million from Gary & Jeffrey Pallaoro. Wuanita LaRusso represented the buyer. James Bealer of BellStreet represented the seller. 

Roots Family Center purchased a 4,975-square-foot building at 700 Knox Court in Denver for $1.15 million from The Montessori Institute. Esperanza Wardroup represented the seller. Deb Miller, Linda Tran and Alfredo Rodriguez of Re/Max represented the buyer.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Brandon, Mary and Jesse Dardanis purchased an 11-unit apartment complex at 403 23rd St. in Golden for $2.66 million from Delphi West LLC. Robert Lawson & Adam Rakoczy represented the buyer. Jim Knowlton represented the seller. 

MREH LLC purchased 978 and 998 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $1.85 million from Trenton Street LLC. Justin Krieger represented the seller. 

Andrew Varvo purchased a four-unit apartment building at 4065 S. Bannock St. in Englewood for $750,000 from Flamenco Assets LLC. Josh Newell and Connor Knutson represented the seller.
