4300 Monaco LLC purchased an apartment complex at 4300 S. Monaco St. in Denver for $41.44 million from Shea Properties, a real estate development and investment company.

Sarek Ventures LLC and Stenmark Properties LLC purchased the real estate for a dental implant center at 9210 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $3.48 million from HD RD Colfax LLC and Scott Felsted. Tom Ethington, Robert Edwards and Noah Harrison represented the seller.

Rangeview Library District purchased a vacant 16,084-square-foot office building at 1185 W. 124th Ave. in Westminster for $3 million from North Metro Community Service Inc. Shane Robson represented the seller. Greg Kelly of RE/MAX Professionals represented the buyer.

Balsam Street Residence LLC purchased Wadsworth Station West, a 40% vacant, 24-unit apartment complex at 1260-1270 Balsam St. in Lakewood, for $3.17 million from the Zeigen Family Living Trust. Josh Newell represented both sides of the deal.
12 at Sunset LLC purchased Heights at Sunset Park, a 12-unit apartment building at 1088 Miller St. and 1089 Lee St. in Lakewood for $2.38 million from the Zeigen Family Living Trust. Josh Newell represented the seller. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.
New Point Properties LLC purchased a 2,307-square-foot retail property at 5785 Ward Road in Arvada for $1.09 million from Rock Holdings LLC. Joe Owston and Liz Morgan represented the seller.
