Trader Joe’s purchased 613,758 industrial square feet on 42 acres at 6196 E. Bridge St. in Brighton for $69.35 million from Lovett Industrial. Kirk Vanino, Ron Webert and Matt Nora of Lee & Associates Denver represented the seller.
Good Investment Partners purchased 5101 Quebec St., a 27-acre truck stop in Commerce City, for $28 million from Twenty-Seven Acre LLC. The property has a 19,000-square-foot building that includes three restaurants, two retail stores and a lounge area, as well as a 9,000-square-foot truck repair facility.
All About The Wow Inc leased 6,700 square feet at 1980 W. Iliff Ave. in Englewood. The company provides home staging services and was founded in Miami, Florida. It’s moving from a smaller 2,573-square-foot warehouse space in central Denver. Aviva Sonenreich of Warehouse Hotline represented the tenant.

-MINISO, opening mid-October in 6,000 square feet. The Chinese retailer sells everything from home goods and electronics to beauty and fashion accessories

-goGLOW, a tanning salon, opening in the fourth quarter of 2025
-Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian steakhouse, opening first quarter 2026

Colfax Corner LLC purchased 14255 W. Colfax Drive, a fully retail strip in Lakewood for $6.4 million from 14255 LLC. The 10,000-square-foot property is adjacent to the Colorado Mills mall, and home to Chipotle and three other tenants. Bryce McNeely and Eric Diesch represented the seller.

Dartmouth Jul25 LLC purchased 1630 W. Dartmouth Ave., a 15,000-square-foot single-tenant, industrial property in Englewood, for $3 million from Sun Partners LLC. Mark Pyms represented the seller. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman of Unique Properties represented the buyer.

Ero Moon LLC purchased a 5,197-square-foot Brakes Plus property at 16770 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora for $2.2 million from the Kathleen Ann Ross Trust. Jake Malman represented the buyer. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey at Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
