Four Peaks Management purchased a 297-unit apartment complex built in 2014 at 11775 Wadsworth Blvd. for $85 million from Hamilton Zanze. The buildings hold 283,175 rentable square feet and generate over $6 million in yearly rental income. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal.
Kayne Anderson purchased two medical outpatient buildings spanning 153,858 square feet at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch for $41 million from a joint venture between Harbert Management Corporation and Bancroft Capital. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Trent Jemmett, Jesse Greshin, Dann Burke, Stephani Gaskins and Anna Schornstein of CBRE represented the seller.
Native American Bank N.A. purchased 341-351 Broadway, a 0.55-acre Enterprise Rent a Car site, for $3.975 million from Taylor Eleventh LLC. Jim Tyler and Bobby Bolyard represented the buyer. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

CenterSquare purchased the Shops at Riverbend, a 100% leased, 16,069-square-foot retail property at the intersection of Santa Fe Drive and Prince Street in Littleton, for $6.35 million from DG Riverbend LLC and JC Riverbend LLC.
