PYFR LLC purchased 695 Jerry St., a 20,530-square-foot, four-story mixed-use building with a 4,850-square-foot restaurant in Castle Rock for $6.4 million from RA Morrison LLC. The property is 94% occupied and was built in 1977 (restaurant) and 2008 (mixed-use). Paul Cattin of Platinum CRE represented the buyer.  Campbell Davis, Parker Brown and Matthew Henrichs of CBRE represented the seller.

1700 E 68th Denver LLC purchased an industrial property at 1700 E. 68th Ave. in unincorporated Adams County for $11.5 million from Vision 68th LLC and Leger Investments LLC.

The International Union of Elevator Constructors Local Number 25 purchased a 25,438-square-foot office building at 573 Park Point Drive in Golden for $1.35 million from the Centers for Spiritual Living, a California nonprofit. Built in 1986 on a 4.24-acre site, the building features an atrium, conference center, landscaped courtyard and on-site parking. Impact Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. 

WDG Stroh LLC purchased a 0.87-acre vacant land parcel at 13075 Copperhead
Trail in Parker, CO, for the development of a commercial paint store from WMG Real Estate 2 LLC. Anthony Palumbo and Ian Elfner represented the seller. The buyer was unrepresented.

Timberline Podiatry PLLC leased a 1,498-square-foot medical office at 7761 Shaffer Parkway, Suite 225 in Littleton for an initial term of 3 years. Anthony Palumbo represented the tenant in this transaction.

Highlands Properties 925 LLC purchased a vacant 3.86-acre site at 8350 Rosemary St. in Commerce City for $935,000 from Grey/Stone Enterprises LLC. Kirk Vanino, Matt Nora and Jack D’Avanzo represented the buyer. Paul Khan of Stream Realty was involved as the outside broker.
