A pair of entrepreneurs listed their Spanish Revival mansion in Cherry Hills Village for $22 million.
Built in 2007 and spanning 23,000 square feet, the mansion at 12 Lynn Road sits on a 4-acre property that includes gardens, an orchard, a vineyard and an outdoor kitchen.
The home’s luxury amenities include a theater, a game room, and a 200-foot tunnel to a bunk room. It also features details like a groin vault ceiling in the great room, a two-story library with a spiral staircase, and a climbing wall in the home gym.
If the mansion sells for its list price, it would set a record for an on-market sale in Cherry Hills. Josh Kroenke, president of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche, set the existing record last August when he spent $15.75 million to buy the 12,000-square-foot mansion at 5 Cherry Hills Park Drive.
The highest off-market purchase remains former Denver quarterback Russell Wilson’s record-setting 2022 purchase of 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive for $25 million. Wilson and his singer wife Ciara sold the house for $21.5 million in March 2024.

Mary Pat Link and John Strohm built the seven-bedroom, 12-bath mansion at 12 Lynn Road, designed by architect Don Ruggles and decorated by interior designer Mikhail Dantes, in 2007.
They bought the land for $2.2 million in 2003.
Link, a member of the Colorado Business Hall of Fame, founded Interlink Group, which was ultimately acquired by Dell Computer. The couple now runs the private investment firm Farrell-Roeh Group.
They also established the Strohm-Link Family Foundation, which supports organizations such as the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Food Bank of the Rockies and Women’s Bean Project.

Tom Ullrich and Rike Palese with Re/Max Professionals represent the sellers. They said the home offers excellent opportunities for entertaining and could appeal to a corporate leader or someone who hosts charity events.
“It has so many unique features you don’t typically see in a high-end home in the Denver area,” Ullrich said.
