Deal of note:

The Buell Foundation, a philanthropic group focused on helping young children, leased about 8,100 square feet at 950 S. Cherry St. in Denver, it announced Monday. The organization is currently located at 1873 S. Bellaire St. and will be moving into its new space this fall. Tanner Mason and Bart Allen of Benchmark Commercial Real Estate represented the foundation. 

Digby Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

The Adams County Fire Protection district purchased an industrial property at 6400 Franklin St. in unincorporated Adams County for $6.48 million from Donald L. Smith LLP. The fire department purchased the facility as a place to move a large portion of their administrative team and to store its equipment. Tanner Digby represented the buyer. Mike Camp of CBRE represented the seller.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

1690 Girard LLC purchased a 8,576-square-foot, 16-unit apartment community at 1690 W. Girard Ave. in Englewood for $2 million from 3200 South Federal LLC. Andrew Vollert represented both sides of the deal.

Blue West Capital reports the following deal:

Hans Investment LLC purchased the real estate for a Hooters at 2610 S. Parker Road in Aurora for $2.3 million from Double-O Parker Company LLLP. Josh Lorenzen and Tom Ethington represented the seller. 

Henry Group Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Katie and Carl Gillberg purchased a 1,688-square-foot retail building at 3440 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver for $944,000 from Marshall and Janine Vanderburg. Katie Gillberg, founder of Hydrate IV Bar, has had her business in the building since 2017. Montana Rae and Boston Weir represented the sellers.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

19005 East Quincy LLC purchased 19005 E. Quincy Ave. in Aurora for $325,000 from MJC Investment Property IV, LLC. Jake Malman represented the buyer.

Denver Investments LLC purchased 485 Osage St. in Denver for $7.71 million from 485 Osage LLC. 

Sienna South Retail Partners LTD purchased 5607 Tower Road in Denver for $4.95 million from IMKD 8 LLC. 

LFR Holding Company LLC purchased 7104 S. Dillon Court in unincorporated Arapahoe County for $4 million from CLP Denver Real Estate LLC. 

Alameda Mart LLC purchased 3505 S. Kipling Pkwy. in Lakewood for $2.5 million from Lakewood Food and Gas LLC. 

1549 1575 Wadsworth purchased 1549-1575 Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood for $2.3 million from Harbor-Colfax Harris LLC. 

Quiktrip purchased 15600 W. Colfax Ave. in Golden for $2 million from Rack Attack Real Property GP.

ALH Holdings LLC purchased 3995-3999 S. Broadway in Englewood for $1.93 million from Jaimes 2 Inc. 

Defiant Inc purchased 13853 E. Briarwood Ave., Unit B10 in Centennial for $1.11 million from VIP Blackhawk LLC.
