Deals of note:

CP Acquisition Holdings LLC purchased 7166 W. Custer Ave. in Lakewood, a 308-apartment complex by the Belmar shopping district in Lakewood, for $99.5 million from GS Monarch Acquisition LLC. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented both sides.

Henning Family Farm LLC purchased the Barrel Lofts building at 3616-3618 Tejon St. in Denver’s LoHi for $14.7 million from 3618 Tejon LLC, an entity affiliated with developer Zakhem Real Estate Group. The building includes both apartments and retail space. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller. Jack Kachadurian and Courtney Crowder of Newmark represented the buyer. 

Eliot Flats Apartments LLC purchased a 40-unit apartment building at 3233 Eliot St. in Denver for $8.8 million from HFLP III/Lincoln Place Member LLC. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller. Jim Knowlton of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

DNA 5650 LLC purchased the 13,283-square-foot office building at 5650 DTC Pkwy. in Greenwood Village for $2.85 million from Parkway 5650 LLC. Jake Malman and Greg Mazin represented the seller. Jason Kinsey and Brady Kinsey of Kinsey & Company Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

Black Rock Rentals LLC purchased a 16,863-square-foot industrial property at 10555 E. 51st Ave. in Denver for $1.68 million from 10555 East 51st Avenue LLC. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and CJ Toohey represented the seller. Brandon Gouker of Madison Commercial Properties represented the buyer.

JetSet Pilates leased 1,877 square feet at The Mercello at 3161 Walnut St. in RiNo for the company’s first Colorado location. Amanda Tompkins represented the landlord, Premium Group Properties LLC. Kyle Framson of Zall Company represented the tenant.

Madison Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

Elevated Paving Inc purchased 8,051 industrial square feet on 1.7 acres at 2800 S. Oak St. in Lakewood for $2.5 million from BTJS Enterprises Inc. Matt Harper represented the seller. Jeff Heine and Corey Murray with SVN represented the buyer.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Render Solutions leased space in a Victorian-style house in downtown Parker at 10964 S. Pikes Peak Drive. Amanda Weaver represented the landlord.

Smilelast LLC leased 1,314 office square feet at 8778 Wolff Court in Westminster. Amanda Weaver represented the landlord.

The Orchard Town Center in Westminster reports the following deals:

The mall off of I-25 and 144th announced it will be welcoming seven new tenants over the next year, bringing it to over 90 percent leased: Cozy Coffee Co., J. Crew Factory, Rally House, Activate, PF Chang’s, Warby Parker and ZAGG.

Open Door Ministries purchased 1521 N. Humboldt St. in Denver for $2.4 million from Humboldt Apartments LLC.
