215-291 Larchmont Blvd. LLC purchased 9251 E. Peakview Ave., a fully-leased, 14,760-square-foot multi-tenant retail strip in Greenwood Village, for $5.5 million from Peakview Center Inc. Jake Malman and Dan Prevedel of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. 

McDonald’s purchased a 17,042-square-foot 1970s office building on 0.7 acres at 494 Sheridan Blvd. in Denver for $3.53 million from BTS Sheridan MCD LLC. 

LBA Or Core-Company XXVI LLC purchased 7800 S. Fairplay St., a newly built 304,620-square-foot warehouse in unincorporated Arapahoe County for $41.05 million from BPG Dove Valley 2 LLC. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Rino Marion St Apartments LLC purchased a 15-unit, 10,740-square-foot apartment building at 1301 E. 33rd Ave. in Denver from Marion Street Apartments LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the seller. Robert Lawson of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors worked with the buyer.

Capitol Logan LLC purchased 1270 N Logan St. in Denver, an eight-unit, 5,110-square-foot apartment building, for $1.4 million from Richard and Christopher Merman. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented the buyer. 

1632 Franklin LLC purchased 1632 Franklin St. in Denver, a five-unit, 4,382-square-foot apartment building, for $1.35 million from Oliver LLC. Austin Bengford, Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the seller.

Paradigm Recovery LLC leased 5,920 office square feet at 14707 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Eric Shaw represented the landlord, Canetti Properties LLC, in the transaction. 

Bowles Crossing Shopping Center reports the following deals:

Bowles Crossing Shopping Center, 8055 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton, announced it has signed six new leases:

• Cafe Rio, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant

• Color Me Mine, a ceramic painting studio 

• Floor & Décor, a flooring showroom
