Deals of note:

Chicago-based Equity Residential purchased a 202-unit apartment complex at 6273 W. Jewell Ave. in Lakewood for $77 million from Crescent Communities and equity partner ParkProperty Capital. The structure constructed last year on the former White Fence Farm restaurant site is anchored by a clubhouse that was once a 9,300-square-foot farmhouse. Courtney Crowder, Jack Kachadurian and Craig Ratterman of Newmark represented the seller. 

BMC Investments purchased a 17-building, 351-unit apartment complex with 90-percent occupancy in Aurora at 151 S. Joliet Circle for $70.5 million from Miami investment firm Advenir. Built in 1986 and renovated in 2016, the complex includes a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, business center, pet park and 563 parking spaces. Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Andy Hellman, Justin Hunt, Chris Hart and Brad Schlafer of CBRE represented the seller. 

Tormador Holdings LLC purchased 343 S. Main St. in Brighton, home to an axe-throwing bar, for $1.45 million from 345 South Main LLC. 

Newmark reports the following deals:

WWF Operating Company and Danone North America leased 35,057 office square feet at 12002 Airport Way in Broomfield.  Eddie Kane, Victor Frandsen, Tim Harrington, Alan Polacsek, Manueal Breidenbach and Toby Sutherland represented the tenant. 

Cable Audit Associates leased 10,222 office square feet at 7730 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village. Keith Bell and Peter Staab represented the landlord, Financial Plaza LLC. Colliers International represented the tenant. 

NGL Supply Terminals Company leased 3,922 office square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Jonathan Tilton represented the tenant. 

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

AC Centennial LLC purchased 9706 E. Easter Ave., a 30,160-square-foot data center in Centennial, for $7.33 million from 9706 LLC. John V. Propp represented the seller. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal

Sushi Rama sold four of its locations — the restaurant’s assets and leases — to Imperial Restaurant Group. David Schneider of Axio Commercial represented the seller. Elizabeth Morgan, Cody Stambaugh and Kyle Moye represented the buyer. The locations are:

• Aurora – 2,349 square feet at 13650 E. Colfax Ave. 

• Denver – 2,688 square feet at 4960 S. Newport St.

• Lone Tree – 2,021 square feet at 10012 Commons St., Building C, Unit 106

• Broomfield – 2,209 square feet at 8181 Arista Place

Deals from deeds:

41 Inverness LLC purchased 41 Inverness Drive E., an 8,637-square-foot industrial/office building in Arapahoe County, for $2.14 million from Ten-O-Nine LLC.
