Deals of note:

The Walter S Ciciora Revocable Trust purchased the 34-unit, 20,254-square-foot apartment complex at 835 S. Quebec St. in Denver for $5.15 million from MIP Colo LLC. Andrew Vollert and Brandon Kaufman of Kaufman Hagan represented the seller. 

The City of Edgewater purchased a single-family home in town at 2447 Benton St. from Robert and Celora Jones for $505,000. The property sits adjacent to other recent Edgewater purchases, though the city told BusinessDen that they do not have plans for the space yet. 

6580 LLC purchased 13 apartments, a house, two garages and nearly 50,000 square feet of dirt with mixed-use zoning at 6580 W 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $2.79 million from 38th Avenue Partners LLC. The property was listed for six months and went through 16 tours and six offers. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors worked with the buyer and seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

SF Properties LLC purchased a two-building, 31-bed mental-health facility spanning 23,083 square feet at 6507 and 6509 Santa Fe Drive in Littleton from Arapahoe Mental Health Center. Bill Lucas and Luke Myles with Cushman & Wakefield and RC Myles with Pinnacle represented the seller.

Lee and Associates reports the following deal:

IE Corp. purchased a 13,595-square-foot industrial property on 2.29 acres at 6245 Clermont St. in Commerce City for $4.1 million from Matt Harmon 60th Avenue LLC and DCPS Real Estate 1031 Holding LLC. Kirk Vanino and Matt Nora represented the buyer. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Vera Wabash LLC purchased 2153 S. Wabash St., a 25,356-square-foot warehouse in unincorporated Arapahoe County, for $3 million from 2153 South Wabash Street LLC. The property sits on 1.21 acres, has eight dock-high doors and a drive-in loading door. Taylor Roy represented the buyer. CJ Toohey, Patrick Henry and Boston Wier of the Henry Group represented the seller. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

Noah Holdings LTD purchased 15,945 office square feet at 9185 E. Kenyon Ave. in Denver for $1.6 million from CO Investment Group LLC. Travis Wanger represented the seller. Liz Leder of SVN Denver Commercial represented the buyer.

NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

1638 Franklin LLC purchased a six-unit, 4,264-square-foot apartment complex at 1638 N Franklin St. in Denver for $1.5 million from Sedgewick Properties LLC. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer.

Colliers reports the following deal:

Lennox leased 144,000 industrial square feet in building six at Pecos Logistics Park, which sits at the northwest corner of 56th Ave. and Pecos Street in Denver. Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger represented the landlord. Cody Sheesley represented the tenant. 

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

Stratum RE LLC leased 16,556 industrial and office square feet at 12340 W. Cedar Drive in  Lakewood. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence and Connor Donahue represented the landlord, Stern Lawrence Holdings LLC. Coyle Dummigan of Stream represented the tenant. 

Hall, Estill, Hardwick, Gable, Golden & Nelson PC leased 6,799 office square feet at 7720-7730 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence represented the tenant. Pete Staab of Newmark represented the landlord, Financial Plaza LLC.

Gerson, Preston, Klein, Lips, Eisenberg, Gelber, PA leased 2,502 office square feet at 720 S. Colorado Blvd. in Glendale. Karen Landers represented the tenant. Dan Beer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Galleria Acquisition Inc. 

Erb Law LLC leased 1,500 office square feet at 8480 E. Orchard Road in Greenwood Village. Karen Landers represented the tenant. Andrew McCabe of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Alturas Orchard Pointe LLC. 

BeautyBlade Plastic Surgery PC leased 1,233 office square feet at 425 S. Cherry St. in Denver. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence represented the tenant. Caitlin Ellenson of Avison Young represented the landlord, The Forum Investments LLC. 

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deals:

Carefree Bingo leased 11,750 square feet for five years at Havana Square located at 1921 S. Havana St. in Aurora. John V. Propp represented the landlord. 

U-Time International LLC leased 8,946 square feet for seven years at Havana Square located at 1919 S. Havana St. in Aurora. John V. Propp represented the landlord. 

Dialed Powder Coating leased 3,074 square feet for three years at 10505 Progress Way, #105 in Parker. John V. Propp represented the landlord.

Cornell Ave LLC purchased 2261 W. Cornell Ave. in Englewood for $1.91 million from 2261 Cornell LLC. 

Nirvair Singh Estate Inc purchased 100 S. Logan St. in Denver for $1.7 million from Farber Family LLLP. 

Zuni St LLC purchased 3050 S. Zuni St. in Englewood for $1.32 million from 3050 Zuni LLC.
