University Heights RealCO LLC purchased the University Heights Rehab and Care Community, 656 Dillon Way in Aurora, for $7.8 million from Birch Care Community RealCO LLC.
City Street Investors purchased 408 N. Downing St. in Country Club, Denver for $3.1 million from 3765 LLC. The 8,200-square-foot building is home to three retail tenants with one vacancy. MGL Partners purchased 4770 E. Iliff Ave. in University Hills for $2.7 million from the Bethesda Professional Office Building Condominium Association. MGL will redevelop the 1.12-acre property into an income-restricted apartment complex. Adam Bellin, Travis Hodge and Taylor Burns represented the buyer.
