Deals of note:

RNGD Abbey LLC, an entity affiliated with Renegade Capital, purchased a 72-unit, 71,532-square-foot apartment complex at 911 S. Dahlia St. in Denver for $11.6 million from Cherry Creek Abbey Apartments LLC. The buildings will go through interior and exterior renovations as well as a rebrand. Kevin Woolsey and Brandon Kaufman of Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate represented both sides. 

City and County of Denver purchased 2369 South Quebec St. in Goldsmith for $1.25 million from BSD High Line LLC to develop a new park. 

500 Geneva Street CO LLC purchased the Summit Rehab & Care Community at 500 Geneva St. in Aurora for $10.95 million from M & C Geneva LLC. 

Benchmark Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

JV Property Oakland LLC purchased a 24,000-square-foot warehouse at 4705 Oakland St. Unit A in Denver for $2.58 million from Carrick Properties LLC. Tanner Mason and Jason Bollhoefner represented the seller.

Intercessors of the Trinity purchased a 6,786-square-foot office/flex industrial property at 7881 Shaffer Pkwy. in Littleton for $1.9 million from Landmark Environmental. Tanner Mason and Jason Bollhoefner worked both sides.

Landmark Environmental leased 2,624 square feet at 7961 Shaffer Pkwy. in Littleton. Tanner Mason and Jason Bollhoefner represented the tenant. 

Axio Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Play Street Museum leased 2,849 square feet at Spruce Street Place, 101 N. Ulster Ct. in Denver. Brian Frank represented the tenant. Tami Lord and Jack Knapp of SRS Real Estate partners represented the landlord.

Gallup St CO LLC purchased an apartment building at 5798 S. Gallup St. in Littleton for $3.1 million from Sands Apts LLC.  

140 SO Clarkson Street LLC purchased an apartment building at 140 S. Clarkson St. in Denver for $2.6 million from 140 S Clarkson LLC. 

GA Real Estate Management LLC purchased 1041 Acoma St. in Denver for $2.5 million from Zing Credit Union. 

JT Enterprises LTD purchased a warehouse at 3100 Commerce Court in Castle Rock for $2.17 million from Royal Castle Rock SIP LLC.

3628 E 17th LLC purchased 3628 E. 17th Ave. in Denver, an apartment building just across from City Park, for $1.8 million from Rossella LLC. 

Peter Defries Corporation, an entity affiliated with Albuquerque-based Dion’s Pizza, purchased 18381 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver for $1.62 million from EVC WDG Tower LLC. 

Dang and Pham LLC purchased 2800 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver, an auto repair shop property, for $1.25 million from Aziz LLC. 

Aurora Federal Credit Union purchased 21885 E. Quincy Ave. in Aurora for $1.05 million from PNC Bank. 

McAtee Properties LLC purchased 3760 N. Jason St. and 3759 Inca St. in Denver, a carwash property, for $755,000 from Levy Real Estate LLC and Sparkles Car Wash II LLC.
