Kyle John and Lacey Jo Musick bought 4480 S. Holly St. in Cherry Hills Village from Nicole and Zachary Mitchell for $6.8 million.
The Mitchells listed the 10,707-square-foot mansion in August 2023 for $7 million.
The seven-bedroom, 10-bath home, which sits on 2 acres, has a six-car garage and features geothermal heating, whole-house water and air-purification systems, Tesla power walls and commercial-grade solar panels.
