A Lakewood office building being vacated by the National Park Service is up for sale.
The four-story, 167,000-square-foot building at 12795 W. Alameda Parkway is being marketed by JLL, according to the brokerage’s website.
The structure was built in 1988 and sits on 7 acres. It has 548 parking spaces. The federal agency’s lease for the building ends Sept. 30, according to marketing materials, which don’t list a price.
The National Park Service didn’t respond to a request for comment from BusinessDen. Larry Thiel, one of the JLL brokers marketing the property, declined to comment.
The property is owned by Office Properties Income Trust, a real estate investment trust managed by Massachusetts-based RMR Group, according to websites for the trust and company. The trust purchased it in January 2010 for $28.27 million, Jefferson County records show.
