Toews and his wife, Kerry, bought the 865 S. Steele St. mansion in March 2021 for $2.9 million.
The six-bedroom, five-bath home, constructed in 2020, has two fireplaces. The first-floor open floor plan includes a kitchen with an island, dining area, living room and office space.
The primary suite on the second floor includes a five-piece bath. The finished basement includes a wet bar with a built-in wine refrigerator and a recreation room.
