Deals of note:

Tahoma Capital Partners purchased Crossroads at City Center, a 208-unit apartment complex at 15490 E. Center Ave. in Aurora, for $51.5 million from Jackson Square Properties and Friedkin Property Group. The  complex completed in 1999 is 96 percent leased. Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Andy Hellman and Justin Hunt of CBRE represented the seller. 

AJAX purchased the Applewoods Apartments at 1975 Oak St. in Lakewood for $10.05 million from Applewood Apartments Owner LLC. The 33,703-square-foot complex has 42 units, with the buyer assuming its $6.8 million loan at an interest rate below 3 percent. Scott Fetter and Joe Hornstein of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen of NorthPeak represented the buyer.

Salmira Greens LLC purchased 2975 Federal Blvd., a Walgreens on the corner of Speer and Federal in West Highland, for $4.95 million from Waltrust Properties Inc.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

CFC Investments LLC purchased a 23,646-square-foot office building at 5240 Ward Road in Arvada for $4.4 million from Ward Road Office Associates LLC. Tanner Fanello represented the buyer. Brian Hutt of CBRE represented the seller. 

Bijou Creek Investments purchased a 18,478-square-foot industrial building at 13050 W. 43rd Drive in Golden for $4.3 million from CFC Investments LLC. Tanner Fanello represented the seller. Chris Ball, an independent broker, represented the buyer.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

DABB7 Holdings LLC purchased 835 E. 50th Ave. in Denver, a 26,134-square-foot industrial property, for $2.25 million from JSW Properties Inc. Kristjan Danis assisted both parties in the transaction.

J and J Realty Holdings LLC purchased the eight-unit apartment building built in 1959 at 2561 Jellison St. in Lakewood for $1.58 million from Eight Jellison Properties LLC. Josh Newell, Connor Knutson, and Jake Waxter represented both sides of the deal.

DA Storage LLC purchased 2160-2170 S. Ivanhoe St., a 125-unit self-storage facility on a 34,000 square foot lot in Denver, for $1.45 million from Ivanhoe Holdings LLC. The property also included a renovated two-bed, one-bath house on site. Chris Knowlton represented the seller. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

James R. Jones purchased 4940 E. 39th Ave. in Denver, a 6,272-square-foot vacant industrial building, for $1.07 million from American Financial Group Corporation. Jake Malman represented the seller. 

Pearce Services LLC leased 3,000 industrial square feet at 4880 Ironton St., Unit D, in Denver. Taylor Roy represented the tenant. Matt Dorsten of Michael Bloom Realty Company represented the landlord, IJM Investments LLC.

HearingLife leased 1,353 retail square feet at 5910 S. University Blvd., Unit A-3, in Greenwood Village. Dan Prevedel represented the tenant. Jon Weisiger with CBRE represented the landlord, Cherry Hills Marketplace LLC. 

Antonoff & Co. reports the following deals:

CFT NV Developments LLC purchased 8441 Washington St., a 1.4 acre lot in Thorton, for $900,000 from Washington Village LLC. Tom Bevans represented the seller. 

Paris Banh Mi Aurora LLC leased 2,108 square feet at 475 N. Sable Blvd. in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord, PTT Properties LLC.

Lincoln Property Company reports the following deals:

Icenogle Seaver Pogue PC leased 9,122 square feet at 4725 S. Monaco Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord, Mark IV Capital.

Hardesty & Hanover leased 2,279 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Danielsen Westhoff PC leased 2,305 square feet at 10901 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord, Mark IV Capital. 

Axio Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Iron & Resin Garage leased 1,679 square feet at Stanley Marketplace at 2501 N. Dallas St. in Aurora. David Schneider represented the landlord.

Blackbelly Market Denver purchased the business assets for Il Porcellino Salumi and acquired the 1,601-square-foot lease at 4324 W. 41st Ave. in Denver. John Livaditis represented the seller.

Renew Health Center leased 1,358 square feet in Highlands Ranch on Plaza Drive. David Schneider represented the tenant. Anna Heiserman of CBRE represented the landlord.

Miracle Ear leased 1,276 retail square feet at Southgate Center on 6860 S. Yosemite St. in Centennial. John Livaditis and David Schneider represented the landlord. The tenant was unrepresented.

Verizon Wireless leased 1,247 square feet at Commerce City Plaza at 4952 E. 62nd Ave. in Commerce City. John Livaditis and Brian Frank represented the landlord. Molly Bayer of CBRE represented the tenant.

Buffalo’s Barbershop leased 1,200 square feet at 574 S. Broadway in Denver. John Livaditis represented the landlord. Ryan O’Brien of Orion Real Estate represented the tenant.

Park Ridge Apartments LLC purchased 611 Miller Ave. in Brighton for $8.8 million from Platte Valley Terrace of Brighton LTD. 

Plaza West LLC purchased 13670 E. Alameda Ave., a shopping center in Aurora, for $8 million from Lovelock LLC and Hamfed 97 LLC.

Dover West LLC purchased 10860 Dover St., Unit 2400-2600 in Westminster for $2.45 million from Dover Street Properties LLC.

The Muffler Shop LLC purchased 2200 Ford St. in Golden for $1.5 million from SMAKS LLC.
