Better Space Inc. purchased 86,580 office square feet on 2.93 acres at Southfield Towers at 12835 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial for $4.75 million, or $55 per square foot, from BCL LLC and Wyco Equities Inc. Evan Makovsky, Paul Cattin, Adam Hubschman and Solomon Stark of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the seller.

Plenty of Places Apartment Homes purchased the 39-unit Highland Junction apartment building at 3785 Yates St. in Denver for $12.75 million from 5000 W 38th LLC, a subsidiary of Zakhem Real Estate Group. Boston Weir and Patrick Henry of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller. Clayton Primm of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.

AMAC Holdings Ltd purchased 8,050 industrial square feet at 2703 S. Shoshone St. in Englewood for $1.6 million from LTW Properties LLC. Jake Malman of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Tim Shay and TJ Smith of Colliers represented the seller.

I70 Industrial LLC purchased 4925-4975 Nome St., 5025 Nome St. and 5000-5050 N. Moline St. in Denver for $26.17 million from The Realty Associates Fund XI Portfolio LP.

MGL Federal LLC purchased 316 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $500,000 from Young Ja Cho.

East Campus LLC purchased 3605, 3805 and 4205 Rail Park Drive in Bennett for $13.06 million from Rail Land Company LLC.

Marion Property Co purchased 2897 W. Belleview Ave. in Littleton for $3.05 million from 2727 West Belleview Development LLC.
